Photo taken on Nov. 29, 2017 shows a sculpture of a giant foot stepping on hot coals, of Brazilian artist Eduardo Srur, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The sculpture has the objective of creating awareness on the Familial Amyloid Polyneuropathy, a neurological disease in which one of the possible symptoms is the reduced capacity of feeling temperature.
